Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your situation, answer your questions, and explain the probate process in clear, practical terms.
Whether you are an executor, administrator, or family member seeking advice, the consultation is designed to help you understand your options and feel confident about the next steps.
One hour duration.
$550 plus GST
Our initial consultation fee is payable on the day of your initial appointment. Should you wish to engage our services to obtain a Grant of Probate on your behalf this amount will be credited towards your Grant of Probate Package.

$4,400 plus GST and Disbursements
