GRANT OF PROBATE
For many, the loss of a loved one and the subsequent management of their assets can be a daunting experience. Navigating the complexities of obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration often introduces legal terms such as “Probate” and “Deceased Estates,” which can be overwhelming.
We are here to help you understand this process by demystifying these terms and clearly explaining the legal procedures involved. Whether dealing with your loved one’s Will or guiding you through the process in the absence of a Will, we provide the support and advice you need to ensure a smooth distribution of assets

How to book a consultation
Probate Costs
Initial Consultation
Designed for executors or those who have recently lost a loved one, seeking initial guidance on the probate process and the steps that follow. One hour duration.
$550 plus GST
Bronze Package
- First consultation to gather details about the deceased and their estate
- Letter of Advice to you outlining the probate process
- Preparation of all court documentation, followed by a meeting for signing of all relevant documents
- Overseeing the lodgement of all relevant paperwork with the Court and successfully acquiring the Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
$4,200 plus GST and Disbursements
Silver Package
- First consultation to gather details about the deceased and their estate
- Letter of Advice to you outlining the probate process
- Preparation of all court documentation, followed by a meeting for signing of all relevant documents
- Overseeing the lodgement of all relevant paperwork with the Court and successfully acquiring the Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
- Two further meetings with you, if required, to discuss the administration of the estate.
- Assistance with the calling in assets of the deceased (up to a maximum of five assets, including bank accounts and superannuation).
- Assisting with preparation of the final account to beneficiaries.
- Final letter to beneficiaries.
$5,700 plus GST and Disbursements
Gold Package
- First consultation to gather details about the deceased and their estate
- Letter of Advice to you outlining the probate process
- Preparation of all court documentation, followed by a meeting for signing of all relevant documents
- Overseeing the lodgement of all relevant paperwork with the Court and successfully acquiring the Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
- Up to four further meetings with you, if required, to discuss the administration of the estate.
- Assistance with the calling in assets of the deceased (up to a maximum of five assets, including bank accounts and superannuation).
- Liaising with third parties, including accountants and superannuation funds on your behalf.
- Assistance with the preparation of the final account to beneficiaries.
- Final letter to beneficiaries.
$8,800 plus GST and Disbursements
Platinum Package
- First consultation to gather details about the deceased and their estate
- Letter of Advice to you outlining the probate process
- Preparation of all court documentation, followed by a meeting for signing of all relevant documents
- Overseeing the lodgement of all relevant paperwork with the Court and successfully acquiring the Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
- Up to six further meetings in respect to the administration of the estate.
- Assistance with calling in assets of the deceased.
- Liaising with third parties, including accountants and superannuation funds.
- Updating beneficiaries throughout the Probate and Administration processes.
- Responding to beneficiaries queries throughout the Probate and Administration process.
- Assistance with the preparation of the final account to beneficiaries.
- Final letter to beneficiaries.
