Once you’ve identified a property of interest, please complete the Contract Review Form linked here. We will review the Contract and Section 32 documents and provide our review to you within 48 hours. If you require an urgent review, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Congratulations on your property purchase! We are here to assist you in ensuring a smooth process leading up to and including settlement.
We will coordinate with your real estate agent, bank or mortgage broker, the vendor’s solicitor, and other relevant parties to ensure everything proceeds smoothly at settlement

We assist you in preparing your Section 32 Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale, whether you’re conducting an auction, private sale, or tender.

We will send you our Sales Instruction Sheet to complete. Once you return this to us, we will begin preparing your Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statement so they are reading for your upcoming open inspections.
Throughout this process, we are here to assist you by answering any questions regarding the Contract of Sale and Vendor Statement from prospective buyers and your real estate agent.
We will also coordinate with your bank or mortgage broker to ensure the discharge of your current mortgage is arranged, and we will prepare all necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth settlement

Disbursements include property searches, certificates, and settlement fees, typically ranging from $250 to $750, depending on the specific certificates required.
