Initial meeting with you to obtain information about the deceased and their estate.
Letter of Advice to you explaining the process going forward.
Preparation of all court documentation and attendance upon you to sign the relevant court documents.
Attending to the lodgement of all relevant documentation with the Court and the successful obtaining of a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.

Silver Package
Initial meeting with you to obtain information about the deceased and their estate.
Letter of Advice to you explaining the process going forward.
Preparation of all court documentation and attendance upon you to sign the relevant court documents.
Attending to the lodgement of all relevant documentation with the Court and the successful obtaining of a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
Two further meetings with you, if required, to discuss the administration of the estate.
Assistance with the calling in assets of the deceased ( up to a maximum of five assets, including bank accounts and superannuation).
Assisting with preparation of the final account to beneficiaries.
Final letter to beneficiaries.
$5,500 plus GST and Disbursements
Gold Package
Initial meeting with you to obtain information about the deceased and their estate.
Letter of Advice to you explaining the process going forward.
Preparation of all court documentation and attendance upon you to sign the relevant court documents.
Attending to the lodgement of all relevant documentation with the Court and the successful obtaining of a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
Up to four further meetings, if required, to discuss the administration of the estate.
Assistance with calling in assets of the deceased.
Liaising with third parties, including accountants and superannuation funds on your behalf.
Assistance with the preparation of the final account to beneficiaries.
Final letter to beneficiaries.
$8,800 plus GST and Disbursements
Platinum Package
Initial meeting with you to obtain information about the deceased and their estate.
Letter of Advice to you explaining the process going forward.
Preparation of all court documentation and attendance upon you to sign the relevant court documents.
Attending to the lodgement of all relevant documentation with the Court and the successful obtaining of a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration.
Unlimited further meetings in respect the the administration of the estate.
Assistance with calling in assets of the deceased.
Liaising with third parties, including accountants and superannuation funds.
Updating beneficiaries throughout the Probate and Administration processes.
Responding to beneficiaries queries throughout the Probate and Administration process.
Assistance with the preparation of the final account to beneficiaries.
Final letter to beneficiaries.
$11,700 plus GST and Disbursements
Property Transfers
In cases were the deceased jointly owned property with other parties we can assist in the transfer of the deceased’s equity in the property to the surviving parties.
We can also assist in the transfer of property to the Executor in their Capacity as Legal Personal Representatives.
We also assist clients in the transfer of the deceased’s property to a beneficiary.
For properties that the deceased left that are to be sold by the executor we can assist executors with the conveyancing in respect to the sale of such properties, inclusive of providing the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statement.

One off Consultations
We also provide a one off consultation to executors or next of kin who would like to discuss the Probate/Letters of Administration and are seeking further information on the Probate/Letters of Administration Process.
$480 plus GST
Please Note
If you decide not to proceed with your probate matter you will be invoiced our consultation fee of $480 plus GST.
The above packages do not include include any property transfers. Property transfers are an additional expenses and a quotation of property transfers will be provided on request.
